My name is Dr. Kyle Trimble and I am a Physical Therapist. I graduated in 2013 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY.

Over the past 10 years, I have gained extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics, skilled nursing, acute care hospital, and home care. I have been able to evaluate and treat a wide variety of health issues to successfully restore quality of life to my patients. One of my main goals is for someone to not only restore their function, but to educate and help the person in better managing their acute or chronic issues.

Having obtained a significant wealth of knowledge that continues to grow, this puts me in a unique position to educate about the various injuries suffered weekly. My work includes detailed injury analysis backed by the latest research to give a complete picture of each and every injury.

Along with my work with Banged Up Bills since 2017, I have provided regular content for Cover 1, Locked On Bills, Buffalo Late Night, and Dynasty League Fantasy. My work has also been featured at Die By The Blade Grandstand Sports, Buffalo Rumblings, and Gridiron Heroics.

Bylines include Bleacher Report, The Buffalo News, USA Today, Syracuse.com, and Sports Illustrated.

I am currently an injury spotter working with Dr. David Chao (ProFootballDoc), an Orthopedic Surgeon based out of San Diego. In this role, I provide real-time updates regarding injuries during Bills games.

I have also been a guest on many local & national Buffalo Bills-based podcasts detailing specific injuries throughout the season. From 2020-2022, I worked for The Game Day as an injury analyst for sports betting & fantasy.

In 2022, I began writing for a new rehab website, Therapist-Toolkit.com, discussing various therapy topics.

I hope you enjoy what I publish and I welcome any comments or questions you may have.
