We are at the halfway point of the season as the AFC East approaches Week 10. The Buffalo Bills head out to face the Indianapolis Colts, and the New England Patriots head to the Midwest to face the Chicago Bears. The rest of the division has the New York Jets facing the Arizona Cardinals and finally, the Miami Dolphins facing off against the Los Angeles Rams.

Read below for all the injury updates around the division.

Miami Dolphins

OUT

OL Austin Jackson (Knee)

Jackson was unable to practice all week after suffering a knee injury in Week 9 against the Buffalo Bills. This appears to be a multi-week injury but may not require surgery.

S Jevon Holland (Left Hand/Knee)

Holland has been working through a broken left hand dating back to Week 5 and missed the Week 7 game after the bye. He then suffered a knee injury in Week 8 and was forced to miss last week. He was limited Thursday and Friday with the primary reason being that the knee is causing his limitations.

FB Alec Ingold (Calf)

Ingold suffered a calf injury in practice last Wednesday leaving him questionable for Week 9 that he ultimately played through. He was forced to leave after just 19 offensive plays but was able to get in limited work all week.

WR Tyreek Hill (Wrist)

Hill had a wrist injury pop up this week that forced him to miss Thursday and Friday with the only details is that it was heating up. Considering they used that phrasing, I wonder if this isn’t more of a chronic issue though Dolphins beat reporter Chris Perkins noted Hill’s wrist below.

He did have a right hand/thumb issue dating back to mid-August but it’s not clear if this is related. We need more info on this to determine how big of a deal this is.

ACTIVE

OT Terron Armstead (Rest/Knee)

CB Storm Duck (Ankle)

TE Julian Hill (Shoulder)

OL Robert Jones (Knee)

CB Kader Kohou (Neck)

LB Emmanuel Ogbah (Right Proximal Biceps)

DT Zach Sieler (Eye Orbital Fracture)

CB Cam Smith (Knee)

LB Tyus Bowser (Knee)

All have no designation heading into Week 10. Sieler returns after missing two games with an eye orbital fracture and will wear a visor as the bone continues to heal. Ogbah is wearing a shoulder harness because of the proximal biceps tear he suffered back in Week 5. Kohou and Hill return after missing last week. Smith suffered a knee injury scare in practice on Thursday but practiced in full on Friday.

INJURED RESERVE

WR River Cracraft (Shoulder)

Cracraft was able to practice in full all week as he continued his return back from injured reserve following an injury in the second preseason game. He will need to be activated to the roster in order to play Sunday. Currently, there is an open roster spot following the release of DT Brandon Pili.

S Patrick McMorris (Right Calf)

McMorris opened his practice window this week after being placed on injured reserve prior to roster cutdowns due to a calf injury suffered in the preseason. He was spotted with a boot on the right leg prior to the third preseason game. The Dolphins typically slowly ramp players up, so he likely won’t be activated this week.

New York Jets

OUT

OL Jake Hanson (Hamstring)

Hanson suffered a hamstring injury sometime in Week 9 and was unable to practice all week and was ruled out.

LB CJ Mosely (Neck)

Mosley has been battling injuries all year dating back to jamming his toe and missing several games to now suffering a neck injury in warmups ahead of Week 8. He did not see any snaps in that game and missed last week. He is seeing several specialists to manage the neck but he will now miss his second consecutive game

QUESTIONABLE

CB Michael Carter (Back)

Carter has been battling this back injury dating back to Week 5 in London, missing two games. According to the New York Post, Carter is dealing with a herniated disc.

OL Morgan Moses (Left Knee)

Details emerged of the severity of Morgan Moses’s knee injury back in Week 3. He suffered the MCL sprain, a fracture, and torn meniscus. He somehow only missed two games before coming back. While the MCL and fracture will heal, he may eventually require surgery on the meniscus in the offseason.

DL Solomon Thomas (Knee)

Thomas was unable to practice all week and despite his questionable designation, I do not expect him to play.

OL Alijah Vera-Tucker (Ankle)

AVT has been rehabbing back from a high-ankle sprain after suffering the injury midway through the game in Week 7 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He is slated to return this week.

LB Chazz Surratt (Heel)

Surratt has been working through a heel injury originally suffered in the Week 6 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Considering the timeline, this could be plantar fasciitis.

TE Tyler Conklin (Ankle)

Conklin suffered an injury in practice on Friday, practiced in full but is still questionable for the game

ACTIVE

OL John Simpson (Groin)

S Ashtyn Davis (Concussion)

S Tony Adams (Hamstring)

QB Aaron Rodgers (Knee, Hamstring)

Simpson was new to the report this week. Davis and Adams are set to return after missing the last two games with their respective injuries.

New England Patriots

OUT

S Kyle Dugger (Ankle)

Dugger will now miss his third consecutive game due to this ankle injury dating back to Week 4. He missed Week 5 and appeared to have aggravated it in Week 7.

LB Christian Elliss (Abdomen)

Elliss downgraded this week to out and was unable to practice all week after originally suffering the abdomen injury back in Week 8.

QUESTIONABLE

G Michael Jordan (Ankle)

DT Daniel Ekuale (Abdomen)

OT Vederian Lowe (Shoulder)

S Marte Mapu (Neck)

G Layden Robinson (Ankle)

Robinson, Mapu, and Ekuale all played last week with their respective injuries which implies they may play again this week. Jordan played 100 percent of snaps last week and appears on track to play this week. Lowe played in 100 percent of snaps last week.

ACTIVE

DT Jaquelin Roy (Neck)

LB Sione Takitaki (Knee)

DE Keion White (Knee)

INJURED RESERVE

CB Alex Austin (Ankle)

Austin was designated for return last week after suffering an ankle injury back on September 28. He would need to be activated to the roster in order to play.
